Aaron Jones aims to revitalize the ailing Packers offense.

The Green Bay Packers' running back, who has missed more games (3) than he has played (2) this season, isn't shying away from the idea that his return might not be enough to fix all of the team's offensive issues.

Jones responded, "I hope so," when asked if his return could fix an attack that ranks 28th in yards per game and 27th in running yards per game.

"I really hope so. I hope this inspires some confidence in us, but we are aware that it takes all 11.

I just know that the boys will pay attention to me when we gather in the huddle.

They regard me as a boss. I therefore wish to ignite a spark in them, instill a sense of confidence in them.

Jones claimed on Wednesday that he hasn't felt this good since he first hurt his left hamstring in the season-opening victory over the Chicago Bears.

The Packers (2-3) return from their Week 6 bye with a road game against the Denver Broncos (1-5) on Sunday (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS), so there are reasons to be wary of Jones' potential return.

His only action since Week 1 came in Week 4 against the Detroit Lions, where he played 20 snaps and touched the ball just six times (with five carries for 18 yards).
