Since the 2021 release of "Spider-Man: No Way Home," which became a worldwide phenomenon, Andrew Garfield's Spidey has begun to receive some affection.
And what about that? It's far past due. After two films that seemed to come and go, it wasn't until "No Way Home"
that the Marvel Cinematic Universe really seemed to know what to do with Tom Holland's webhead.
But the films "The Amazing Spider-Man" (2012) and "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" (2014) stick in my memory,
largely because of Andrew Garfield's charismatic yet deeply moving portrayal of Peter Parker and their connection.
Sadly, despite "Spider-Man 3" from 2007,
the gymnast has been working hard and preparing for her final season in her purple leotard.
